Dos When Talking to a Client:

    • ✔ Start a conversation politely

    • ✔ Ask what service or expectation they have
    • ✔ Confirm date and location clearly
    • ✔ Share price confidently — not aggressively

This ensures only serious and verified clients remain active.

In rare cases, if a client refuses to pay after the service:

It usually takes between 24 to 72 hours for the profile to be verified and it varies depending on picture quality, document clarity and verification queue. Our support staff will inform you if they need more information.

2️⃣ Why was my profile rejected?

Profiles are usually rejected for the following reasons: Blurry or filtered photos Fake or unreadable ID documents Incomplete or unclear bio Violation of communication or platform rules Your profile can be edited and reposted. If you need help sprucing up your profile, our support team can assist.

3️⃣ How can I improve my chances of receiving more clients?

To increase bookings: ✔ Upload high-quality, confident photos ✔ Write a clear, attractive, and professional bio ✔ Respond politely and quickly to client messages ✔ Maintain a respectful attitude ✔ Stay active and keep your status available A professional tone and good behavior lead to repeat clients and higher ratings.
