How you communicate determines whether the lead becomes a confirmed booking, professional etiquette, patience, and a respectful tone establish confidence.
Dos When Talking to a Client:
- ✔ Start a conversation politely
- ✔ Introduce yourself with your name
- ✔ Ask what service or expectation they have
- ✔ Confirm date and location clearly
- ✔ Share price confidently — not aggressively
Example:
“Hello, I’m (Your Name). Thank you for contacting me.
Please let me know your ideal date, location, and expectations so I can help you better.”
Don’ts When Talking to a Client:
- ❌ Don’t use abusive language
- ❌ Don’t demand immediate payment
- ❌ Don’t force personal or intimate questions
- ❌ Don’t argue or lose your temper

Payment issues can occur due to misunderstandings, technical delays, or incorrect proof. If you come across any of the following:

- 🔹 Technical deduction
Do NOT argue, threaten, or panic.
Follow this process instead:
- Screenshot the conversation and payment proof
- Write a short explanation
- Attach evidence in the support form
- Submit the case to the support team

4️⃣ Refund Support
Refund decisions are handled through a dedicated, separate system.

5️⃣ When the Client Doesn't Attend The Meeting
If the Client confirms, but:
- Cancels last minute
- Arrives late
- Stops responding
- Never shows up
You must report the situation within 24 hours, along with chat proof.
Once we review:
✔ Fake clients are blocked
✔ Repeat behaviour tracked
✔ Priority booking assistance may be provided
This ensures only serious and verified clients remain active.
6️⃣ Client Did Not Pay After Service (Important Safety Rule)
In rare cases, if a client refuses to pay after the service:
- 🚫 Do NOT fight
- 🚫 Do NOT threaten
- 🚫 Do NOT take legal action personally
- 🚫 Do NOT continue messaging repeatedly
Instead:
- ✔ Collect screenshots
- ✔ Provide full situation summary
- ✔ Submit report to support
Our platform protection system will take the necessary actions — including issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or adding to the blocklist.
